Shipping Policy

All orders ship within the United States for a flat rate of $15. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and tracking information when it ships. Each Swaghatz hat is a handmade, one-of-one piece and is packed with care.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every Swaghatz hat is a unique, one-of-one handmade piece, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or fit. If your hat arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at +1 (832) 345-6264 with photos of the damage and we will make it right with a repair, replacement of equal value where possible, or refund at our discretion.

Terms of Service

• All products are handmade; minor variations in materials, texture, and detailing are part of what makes each piece one of one — they are features, not defects.
• Product photos are of the actual item you receive. Colors may vary slightly by screen.
• Each listing represents a single physical item. Once purchased, the listing is sold out permanently.
• Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; Swaghatz never stores your card details.
• We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order (for example, in the rare case an item is damaged before shipment).
• All designs, photos, and content on this site are the property of Swaghatz and may not be reproduced without permission.

Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide at checkout — name, email, phone number, and shipping address — solely to fulfill your order, send order updates, and provide customer support. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We may send you updates about new drops if you opt in; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by replying STOP to any text. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
